Abstract

This learning media is one of the learning tools used to help the process of learning students' skills in storytelling, which basically an elementary school student has their own abilities and skills. In this case an educator must be able to help develop the skills possessed by his students. One of them is the ability to speak. the lack of speaking ability in students will have an impact on the lack of communication and interaction with fellow social beings. During the teaching and learning process, they often encounter problems, namely difficulties in telling stories. Teachers often tell stories in front of the class and students listen to stories. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate), which consists of 5 important stages, namely: Analysis, Design (Planning), Development (Development), Implement (Implementation), and Evaluate (Evaluation The evaluation of the serial picture fan media was carried out by media experts and material experts, and implementation by fourth grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 2 Jombang.The results showed that the development process went through the ADDIE model stage.On the feasibility of learning media assessed by the validator, a score of 88.96% was obtained. with valid criteria and feasible to use. The results of the effectiveness of the radiant picture fan learning media (goalkeeper) to improve the storytelling skills of fourth grade elementary school students were obtained from the posttest scores of fourth grade students, namely getting a percentage of 100% with effective criteria
