ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUASAN DENGAN PEMAKAIAN METODE PERPEKTUAL TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM (Studi Kasus UD. Rizky assila ULFA)

Abstract

Abstrack: Information technology (IT) has a very important role in all sectors of public
life, one of which is in the process of financial/accounting transactions in a company.
One of the companies which require the application of these accounting information
system is a UD. Rizky Assila Ulfa. This research aims to find out how much influence
the content, format, timeliness, accuracy, ease of use, the attitude of the staff application
developers and services provided, level of knowledge and engagement towards the
satisfaction of application users application usage quickbooks accounting system.
Analytical techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results
of the analysis of research conducted with alpha 5% suggests that multiple linear
regression analysis results simultaneously between the variable contents, format,
timeliness, accuracy, ease of use, the attitude of the staff and services of the application
developer granted, the level of knowledge and the involvement of users of the
application to the satisfaction of the application usage quickbooks accounting system
and simultaneously affect the satisfaction of application usage quickbooks accounting
system. However partially variable contents, timeliness, and accuracy has no effect
against the satisfaction of application usage quickbooks accounting system. While the
variable format, ease of use, and level of knowledge and the involvement of users of the
application of the positive and significant effect against the satisfaction of application
usage quickbooks accounting system and the attitude of the staff and services of the
application developer given a negative and significant effect against the satisfaction of
application usage quickbooks accounting system.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi (TI) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam segala
sektor kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya ialah proses dalam transaksi
keuangan/akuntansi di suatu perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang membutuhkan
penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi ini adalah UD. Rizky Assila Ulfa. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh isi, format, ketepatan waktu,
akurasi, kemudahan pemakaian, sikap staf pengembang aplikasi dan jasa yang
diberikan, tingkat pengetahuan dan keterlibatan pemakai aplikasi terhadap kepuasan
pemakaian aplikasi quickbooks accounting system. Teknik analisis yang digunakan
ialah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis penelitian yang dilakukan
dengan alpha 5% menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis regresi linier berganda secara 

simultan antara variabel isi, format, ketepatan waktu, akurasi, kemudahan pemakaian,
sikap staf pengembang aplikasi dan jasa yang diberikan, tingkat pengetahuan dan
keterlibatan pemakai aplikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakaian aplikasi
quickbooks accounting system dan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan
pemakaian aplikasi quickbooks accounting system. Namun secara parsial variabel isi,
ketepatan waktu, dan akurasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakaian aplikasi
quickbooks accounting system. Sedangkan variabel format, kemudahan pemakaian, dan
tingkat pengetahuan dan keterlibatan pemakai aplikasi berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemakaian aplikasi quickbooks accounting system dan
sikap staf pengembang aplikasi dan jasa yang diberikan berpengaruh negatif dan
signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemakaian aplikasi quickbooks accounting system.
