Abstrak

This research was designed to know the analysis of the difficulties of reading Arabic texts in teaching reading skills at the Walisongo Institute. The researcher used the qualitative approach, meaning the descriptive analytical method, and the method of collecting data through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the results of the research presented by the researcher, they are: A procedure for analyzing the difficulties of reading Arabic language texts are Such as the intonation is incorrect. Deletion, insertion, substitution, repetition, fast and incorrect reading, slow reading. The factors influencing the difficulties in reading Arabic texts in teaching their reading skills mean that they do not practice reviewing. They do not practice good intonation by listening and using the Arabic language. The researcher thought that the solutions to these existing difficulties are the teacher’s frequent encouragement of the students and reminding them to review and read in the room before teaching, practicing listening, using good smoothing in speaking the Arabic language with the students every day, introducing the meanings in the text, and being patient, dreaming, and getting close to the students so that the school becomes more like.
