Shakhsiyah Burhaniyah: Journal of Islamic Law Research Volume 8 No. 1 in 2023 contains six research articles. the first article "DIALEKTIKA FEMINIS INDONESIA AGAINST POLIGAMI UNDERSTANDING" discusses KH Husein Muhammad's Critical Reasoning Towards the Compilation of Islamic Law. this article provides nuances of Indonesian fiqh criticism. The second article, FIKIH MAZHAB SYAFI'I REASONING IN THE CASE OF MARRIAGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND THE STATUS OF THE CHILDREN BORN. This second article presents the way of thinking taken by the Shafi'i school of thought in determining the legal status of fiqh cases of marriage in a pregnant condition. The third article, EMBRIO PLANTATION IN THE Womb OF ANOTHER WIFE. The fourth article, Meneropong Living Quran Santri Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. This fourth article describes the practice of embodying the interpretation of the Qur'an in the lives of Tebuireng students in Jombang, East Java, Indonesia, who are married. This research corroborates the assumption that the stronger the identity of the santris, the clearer the style of the ideology of the santris. This research measures the behavior of santri using the concept of marriage of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. The fifth article is KH. M. HASYIM ASY'ARI'S THOUGHT ABOUT THE RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF HUSBANDS OF WIFES. This article discusses the various opinions of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and the scholars as well as the variants and technical fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in Indonesia, the variety of opinions can be seen in his works, such as Ḍaw' al-Miá¹£bÄḥ fÄ« BayÄn AḥkÄm al-NikÄḥ. The sixth article, PROBLEMATICS OF WAKAF CERTIFICATION IN KECAMATAN KEPUNG DISTRICT KEDIRI EAST JAVA. This article validates the problems behind the failure of waqf certification in some parts of Indonesia.
