Implementasi Manajemen Perpustakaan dalam Peningkatan Sistem Pelayanan Digital

Abstract

The library is a place for collections of books and storing data, written and recorded information. Libraries also develop better quality management in serving students, teachers and school employees. In the development of the era, libraries also implement digital systems that can be accessed through internet media, this makes libraries with digital service systems to improve what is needed by libraries with digital system services, so that digital libraries become better.

The aims of this researcher are (1) to find out how library management is at MAN 1 Jombang, (2) to find out how to improve the digital service system at MAN 1 Jombang, (3) to know how to implement library management in improving the digital service system at MAN 1 Jombang.

In this scientific study, the researcher uses a qualitative method which in collecting the data used describes the results of the study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. After the data is collected, the next process is through several checking techniques to test the validity of the data obtained.

From the results of this study, (1) library management that is managed properly will make the library better, with library staff who are masters in the field of libraries, (2) digital libraries make it easier for users to access the information needed in the library through internet media. , (3) libraries with digital service systems also need to be improved, in order to make it easier to serve library users better.
