Abstrak

Arabic textbook study is crucial since the material they provide may impact students' knowledge and the way they learn. When examining Arabic textbooks, it is important to consider the context of their use, the learning objectives, and if the subject matter is compatible with the relevant curriculum.. In addition, aspects such as clarity of explanation, completeness, and relevance of the material to students' needs also need attention. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of textbooks, it is hoped that it can help teachers and students in the learning process and improve the quality of education. The Madrasah Curriculum, which the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia released in 2013, is the basis for the Class XII Arabic textbooks created by MPDM Muhammadiyah, and it is the subject of research in this thesis. The National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) introduced four criteria for evaluating books: content, presentation, language, and graphics. These criteria may be used to evaluate good Arabic language books.

This study employs a qualitative methodology and falls under the category of literature research (library research). Techniques for documentation are used to carry out the gathering procedure. In contrast, the author's method of data analysis for this study is content analysis.

The findings demonstrated that the Arabic language textbooks for class XII Madrasah Aliyah created by MPDM Muhammadiyah were suitable for use as textbooks in schools because from the perspective of content feasibility, textbooks were known to be included in the category of sufficiently feasible, from the perspective of presentation feasibility, textbooks were known to be included in the less feasible category, and from the perspective of language feasibility, this textbook was known to be.
