Di era modern ini, pendidikan literasi sangatlah penting, karena literasi dapat membentuk perkembangan logika. Praktik literasi di Pesantren masih terbilang kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan pada umumnya santri yang tinggal di Pesantren hanya mempelajari dan menyimpan tulisan-tulisan Islam dalam arti sebenarnya dan tentunya tidak ada kreasi spontan dalam bidang strategi logika, sehingga siklus transmisinya saja. menghasilkan kumpulan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses Pesantren dalam meningkatkan pendidikan santri di Pesantren Modern Al-Zahra. Hasil penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Zahra menunjukkan beberapa aspek strategi dalam mempersiapkan, melaksanakan dan memeriksa gerak proses menuju pencapaian tujuan yang hierarkis, implementasi strategi menyangkut tindakan nyata untuk melaksanakan rencana strategis, proses ini memerlukan perubahan yang efektif manajemen dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Kemampuan peserta didik dapat dibangun dengan konsep penyesuaian kurikulum, menciptakan dan memberikan metode pengajaran yang enteraktif, memanfaatkan teknologi, memberikan pelayanan yang baik, dan mengadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu, peningkatan literasi menjadi pendorong utama dalam menjaga keberlangsungan pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang relevan dan berdaya saing di era globalisasi ini. Literasi yang baik juga memungkinkan santri menjadi pemimpin masa depan. Peneliti menyarankan dalam implementasi strategi Pesantren untuk meningkatkan literasi santri di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Zahra dengan menggunakan sistem komputer yang efisien dan akurat, agar tercapai tujuan peningkatan kapasitas literasi santri secara efektif dan efisien.
