Abstract

This research aims to find out how Madrasah Heads improve Teacher Organizational Culture at MTs. Tarbiyatut Tholabah Sukorejo Gudo Jombang. Madrasah principals have an urgent role in institutional success. One of them is improving the existing teacher organizational culture. Meanwhile, this research method uses a qualitative research approach. Through data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are, firstly, that the Head of the Madrasah has a humorous character so that his humorous ways are applied in his form of leadership so that it makes others comfortable and enjoyable.  Second, improving Teacher Organizational Culture is carried out in a humanized and harmonious manner with an approach to religious activities so that activities are carried out in a relaxed manner but still prioritize targets or goals rather than the institution itself. Third, Madrasah Heads improve Teacher Organizational Culture through religious activities, such as: group prayer activities, Dhuhah prayers, congregational Dhuhur prayers, and Ahad Legi qur'an sermons.
