Abstract

Abstract :

This research aims to analyze the problems experienced by teachers in the learning process at Anharul Ulum Islamic Middle School and how clinical supervision resolves the learning problems experienced by teachers. The method used in the research is through a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Research data analysis through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) there are problems experienced by teachers in the learning process at Anharul Ulum Islamic Middle School, including problems that originate from within the teacher and from outside the teacher. (2) clinical supervision is a solution in resolving problems experienced by teachers at Anharul Ulum Islamic Middle School.
