Implementasi Manajemen Kesiswaan dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri

Abstract

Student management is the most important part that must be considered in carrying out educational activities in an institution.

             The methods researchers use to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. And its data analysis method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach.

         From the results of the survey conducted, the researcher concluded that: 1) The implementation of student management in MAN 3 Jombang can run because of coordination between the various parties involved and also using student management measures as appropriate. 2) The increase in student achievement in MAN 3 Jombang is quite good, but it does not ignite the enthusiasm to continue to develop achievements. 3) The inhibiting factor in improving achievements in MAN 3 Jombang is caused because MAN 3 Jombang is under the auspices of the Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic boarding school foundation. The supporting factor for improving student achievement at MAN 3 Jombang is the full support of various stakeholders, both school leaders, teachers, resources and adequate equipment. 4) In improving student achievement, of course, there are obstacles, but these obstacles can be minimized and solutions are found so that these obstacles do not become protracted. 5) The implementation of student management in improving student achievement at MAN 3 Jombang is a synergistic effect with various stakeholders aimed at enabling these students to develop their potential.
