Abstract

Conflict will be a problem for educational institutions if without a good approach and solution, tp address this conflict management is needed to process the various conflicts that exist. This must be realized by educational institutions, both formal an non-formal indire need of conflict management, so as to increase the productivity of teachers in these educational institutions. Based on this, this study aims to dtemine conflict management in increasing teacher work productivity at SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng, the methode used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this study is that confIict management carried out by SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng is carried out using a definitional approach and exchanging conflicting parties as learning. By resolving conflicts, the conflicting parties are exchanged so that each party can Iearn from each other about conflict solution in the form of compromise and accommodation. This method and approach is able to increase teacher productivity as SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng by changing the attitude of a teacher, establishing a harmonious relationship between teacher.
