Pengelolaan Administrasi Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Layanan Madrasah

Abstract

Management of educational administration is one of the important aspects of an educational institution, with good service the quality of madrasas will be good. And without realizing it, all school activities, both formal and non-formal, really need administrative management, so they need administrative staff who are capable of administrative problems. Based on this, this study aims to determine the management of education administration in improving the quality of madrasa services with the selected case study at MAN 1 Jombang. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation data. While the data analysis technique uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, namely interpreting through descriptive explanations as a conclusion regarding the management of education administration in improving the quality of Madrasah services.
