Abstract

The general objective of this research is to find out the principal’s strategy in marketing education at MI Islamiyah Alwathaniyah Mojoanyar. The specific objectives of the study: (1) Knowing the marketing strategy of education (2) Knowing the marketing of education (3) knowing the foctors supporting and inhibiting the principal’s strategy in the management of educational marketing. This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. Using techniques to collect data by conducting interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis techniques with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study: 1) The educational marketing strategy carried out by MI Islamiyah Alwathaniyah Mojoanyar is that by having a goog image to the community there will be its own pkus points. In marketing strategy activities, there are new marketing activities consisting of 4P, namely:  Price, Place, Product, Promotion. 2)  marketing education with promotion will be easier tointroduce to the intriduce to the wider community. The promotion carried out at MI Islamiyah Alwathaniyah Mojoanyar is by using social media it will be easier for people to find out abaud activities carreid out, extracurricular activities, take part in competitions, achievementd, benner/correct, hold events, brochures, and participate in teacher training to improve quality the teacher at the madrasah. 3) suppoting and inhibiting foctors in the principal’s strategy in managing educational marketing at MI Islamiyah Alwathaniyah Mojoanyar. The supporting factor is the large number of students who come from outside the region, in collsboration with IGRA/IGTK. The inhibiting factor is the lack of adequate facilities to realize school programs, parents are still afraid of paid schools.
