PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KREATIF MATEMATIK SISWA KELAS VIII SMP DENGAN PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK DAN ALAT PERAGA PADA MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR DUA VARIABEL

Abstrak Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif matematik siswa berbantuan Alat Peraga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP IT Al-markazul Islami Islamik Center Lhokseumawe dan sampelnya siswa Kelas VIII yaitu kelas VIII-1 dan VIII-2. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok pembelajaran yaitu kelompok eksperimen dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dan kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran biasa. Penelitian ini diawali dengan uji instrumen validitas yang menunjukkan bahwa hasilnya signifikan, (2) Realibilitas sangat tinggi, (3) Daya Pembeda baik dan (4) Tingkat kesukaran soal sedang. Untuk uji homogenitas dan normalitas bahwa data homogen dan normal. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,127 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,68. Karena thitung > ttabel (3,127 > 1,68) dan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,003< 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran PMR berbantuan alat peraga lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran biasa tanpa alat peraga. This research examines the Realistic Mathematical Approach (PMR) in enhancing students' mathematical creative thinking skills assisted by Props. The population in this study were all students of SMP IT Al-markazul Islami Islamik Center Lhokseumawe and samples of Class VIII students were grades VIII-1 and VIII-2. This study was divided into two learning groups, namely the experimental group with the Realistic Mathematics Approach (PMR) and the control group with ordinary learning. This study begins with a validity instrument test that shows that the results are significant, (2) very high reliability, (3) good differentiation power and (4) the moderate level of difficulty. To test the homogeneity and normality that the data is homogeneous and normal. Based on the results of calculations using the t-test at a significance level α = 0.05 obtained t count of 3.127 with a significance value of 0.003 while the t table is 1.68. Because thitung> t table (3,127> 1,68) and significance <0,05 (0,003 <0,05). So it can be concluded that the increase in mathematical creative thinking ability of students who get PMR learning assisted by teaching aids is better than the mathematical creative thinking skills of students who get ordinary learning without teaching aids.
