PENGARUH FINANCING TO DEPOSIT RATIO (FDR) DAN INFLASI TERHADAP NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF) PADA PT. BANK BRISYARIAH

Abstract

Islamic banking is now of the important things is an economy of country’s. Non
Performing Financing (NPF) has become a ratio that is considered by Islamic
banking because NPF is an indicator that shows the risk of loss from financing. The
worsening in the NPF ratio shows that financing is Islamic bank is in a bad condition.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external factors that affect
the level of NPF in one of the Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia, namely PT.
Bank BRISyariah. Hypothesis testing used is Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and
inflation as the independent variable while the dependent variable is Non Performing
Financing (NPF). The object of this research is one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely PT. Bank BRISyariah. While the sample studied were NPF and FDR PT. Bank
BRISyariah and Bank Indonesia inflation reports and the Central Statistics Agency.
Data analysis using multiple linier regression with secondary data and data
processed using the SPSS application. The data used are time series data obtained
from financial reports and inflation reports which can be downloaded from the official
website PT. Bank BRISyariah and official website Bank Indonesia’s, based on
quarterly period 2011-2018. The result of this study state that simultaneously
(together) the FDR and inflation variables affect the level of NPF PT. Bank
BRISyariah. While the result of t test, show that FDR has an influence on NPF and
inflation has no effect on NPF PT. Bank BRISyariah.
