Abstract

This article attempts to examine the importance of communication in learning. Communication is the main condition for the success of a learning process. Communication is a method or technique applied by teachers in teaching and learning activities in class or implementing online learning. One way that meaningful learning can be done is when educators can build warm communication in learning. Because learning is an important thing in education. Learning requires activity between educators and students. For this reason, this research aims to examine the importance of creative learning, humanist learning which emphasizes balance in communication between educators and students. Apart from that, what strategies or tricks are applied by teachers in building active communication, especially in online learning. In the end, learning becomes effective and meaningful. The research method used is documentation, observation and interviews carried out at MTs. Al-Rosyid Dander Bojonegoro. It is hoped that this research will be useful for all communities, schools and especially researchers themselves.
