Abstract

The headmaster efforts in creating conducive working situation can be implemented in The State Elementary School 02 of Catak Gayam. The situation in working place is pleasurable, and the relationship between the school’s members is very nice. It can be seen from daily activities, intimate communication between superior and subordinate, monthly meeting of the school’s member in turns of their houses, who can meet all of the school member families. There are also integrating without differentiating the status and level. The employees are also responsible and enthusiasm in doing the work, although the headmaster is not in the area of school. So the goal that has been determined can be reached well.The finding of this research shows that the implementation of clinical supervision is conducted through three stages. They are giving motivation, helping to solve problems, and solving obstacles during the implementation of clinical supervision by involving teachers in some workshops, prioritizing kinship communication, being careful of making decision, using spare time, giving persuasive explanation for teachers and students.
