Abstract

Tujuan peneltian ini yakni mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja, kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, serta kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Studi literatur didasarkan pada penelitian studi empiris dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian mengatakan jika kompetensi menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja, serta kompetensi menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
