Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sistem kerja berkinerja tinggi pada keterlibatan karyawan dan ketahanan karyawan serta pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap ketahanan karyawan. Studi literatur didasarkan pada 23 jurnal internasional dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode mesin pencari. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan sistem kerja kinerja tinggi memiliki dampak positif pada keterlibatan karyawan dan ketahanan karyawan serta ketahanan karyawan memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pengaruh ini. Jika sistem kerja kinerja tinggi (HPWS) diterapkan dengan benar, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dipertimbangkan, serta ada keseimbangan antara tujuan karyawan dan organisasi, maka partisipasi karyawan sejalan dengan tujuan perusahaan dalam membangun keunggulan perusahaan.
