Cadre formation is very necessary to maintain the continuity of Al-Qur'an teaching and learning activities at TPQ and maintain the values ​​of the institution. This needs to be realized and presented in a sustainable process to ensure the existence of replacement and successor cadres. It will be an obstacle for institutions with cadre negligence, as experienced by TPQ Darul Mukhlisin, a service partner. The lack of cadres and the absence of a generation process means that the KBM process cannot develop. Low awareness and knowledge are the main causes which have an impact on the cessation of the cadre formation process which results in the absence of cadres. So a solution is needed to overcome this problem through cadre training activities as a solution to the problem. To increase youth awareness and personal potential which has an impact on the quality of an institution
