Abstract

An attendance tool system based on IoT-RFID-Webserver has been tested in SMEs and produces worker attendance data. The data stored in the MySQL database application. The aim of the article is to focus on after implementing the tool system, namely analyzing attendance data of worker. Accurate time and attendance data will be beneficial for employee management. The resulting data variables are the worker's name, date, entry time, break time, back time and home time. To make it easier to understand the report results. The analysis method uses table descriptions and graphs containing attendance reports and the appropriateness of workers' absence hours during the month. The results reports are for management decisions in productivity and discipline of workers. For the future, be add edge analysis to the tool system. That is integrating the MySQL database with a cloud computing platform for report automation and graphic visualization with graphic user interface features.
