Abstract

Student Education The revolution era 4.0 is a very modern generation compared to previous generations. In the era of revolution 4.0 for the problem of education is a very important problem in the world of education and the world of life. In order to realize a better education, this education can work to improve the quality of education. For educators and students prepared to create creative ideas using technological capabilities. Education 4.0 is designed to realize intelligent and creative education. This thesis examines the role of school principals in improving the quality of education of students in case studies at SMANU 1 Gresik. This study aims to find out about the quality of education of students at SMANU 1 Gresik. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of student education at SMANU 1 Gresik This study uses a qualitative descriptive case study which illustrates the role of the principal in improving the quality of student education at SMANU 1 Gresik. The data collected is words, pictures and not numbers. thus the researcher can also try to explain the quality of student education in SMANU 1 Gresik. Based on the results of the study that: First the quality of student education The quality of this education is still very good and relevant to the current situation by combining the two curricula of SKS and K13. Second, the quality of Gresik 1 High School is still very well maintained by always maintaining its quality. this can be seen from the output generated from qualified graduates who are able to have good soft skills and a variety of skills. Third, in improving the quality of the education quality of SMANU 1 Gresik, several programs are implemented by students and supported by adequate environmental conditions.
