Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of dissecting the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects in shaping the character of students at SD Negeri Bugasur Kedaleman 1 Gudo which includes how to learn Islamic religious education subjects through the 2013 curriculum in shaping student character. This research used a type of case study (Field Research) which was conducted directly at SD Negeri Bugasur Kedaleman in the 2019/2020 school year. The targets in this study were students and teachers of Islamic Religious Education at SD Negeri Bugasur Kedaleman 1 Gudo in 2020. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion in this study is that the related learning process is good, the process of character building students at SD Negeri Bugasur Kedaleman 1 is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and is running well and is supported by social and religious activities. Regarding the obstacles to the learning process caused by the lack of supporting facilities, non-permanent regulations on the education system and learning administration that have not been understood by the teaching staff.
