Abstract

Abstrak: The educational marketing strategy is one way to introduce educational institutions to the wider community. With a right on target educational marketing strategy, it can make it easier for educational institutions to promote. Through good service, it can create an image of educational institution, so that it has an impact on public interest in the school. Based on this research, this research aims to determine the educational marketing strategy in increasing the interest of students in MI Plus Darul Falah Mojoagung Jombang. The research method used is a qualitative research method using case study research. The research instrument is the researcher himself and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research result it can be concluded that: 1) marketing strategies in increasing the interest of students in introducing educational institutions to the wider community, an analysis of wants and needs should be carried out. MI Plus Darul Falah focus on creating what people need and want and always do good service. 2) the supporting factor for the marketing strategy in increasing the interest of students in the association that participates in disseminating information related to registration, activities, and etc. barriers to marketing strategies in increasing student interest, namely the lack of widespread information about the existing registration system in educational institutions so that there are some students who do not get quotas due to the fulfillment of existing quotas through the indent system.
