Furthermore, the concept of consumer rights is reviewed through the
perspective of Islamic law. According to the law, in consuming a product,
consumers have the rights to make their choice. They may not get pressure from
outsiders so that he is no longer free to buy or not to buy. If consumers are not
careful in choosing the desired product or service, then it will be the object of
business activity that reap large profits and adverse sales methods, so that
consumers become the object of exploitation by irresponsible business actors. In
addition, consumers also need to get quality goods that are in accordance with the
prices set and agreed upon. In market freedom, businesses can dictate the market
by increasing prices and consumers becoming victims of the lack of choice.

Keywords: Consumer Rights, Consumer Protection, Islamic Law
2019-07-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/irtifaq/article/view/428 BATALNYA PERKAWINAN KARENA MURTAD DI TINJAU DARI HUKUM ISLAM 2019-07-02T03:26:48+00:00 M Chamim chamimsupaat@gmail.com Mif Rohim ejournal@unhasy.ac.id
This article aims to examine the views of Islamic scholars related to the
cancellation of marriage (fasakh) because of apostasy and the legal consequences
caused. Cancelation of Marriage (fasakh) happens later, there is a reason that
prevents the perpetuation of marriage or is a consequence of knowing something
that accompanies the contract, which makes the contract invalid. At the same
time, the cancellation of the marriage itself has the legal consequence of it. One of
the consequences is related to the legal consequences of the child and the joint
property of the marriage, one of which is apostasy. The legal consequences that
occur due to the conversion of religion (apostasy) to one Muslim couple have two
major effects on the child and on the common property. While the status of the
child the author concludes that the child who is one of his parents is an apostate,
the child is rested on his mother. As for assets, they acquired prior to apostasy and
it can be divided equally between two sides, but if the assets obtained after
apostasy, then there
is no right for anyone
to share.

Keywords: Islamic law, cancellation of marriage, apostasy
2019-07-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/irtifaq/article/view/429 KEABSAHAN JUAL BELI OLEH ANAK DIBAWAH UMUR MENURUT MADZHAB HANAFI DAN SYAFI’I 2019-07-02T03:32:06+00:00 Abd Aziz abd.azizmk55@gmail.com Bahruddin ejournal@unhasy.ac.id
This article discusses the validity of buying and selling by
underage children according to Hanafi and Syafi'i. It is known that the
practice of it in Islam must meet the conditions that have been
determined, one of which is adult in thinking, with his own will, not
selfish, and adult in view (baligh). However, in practice there are many
traders who sell food or snacks to children who have not entered the age
of baligh (underage). Buying and selling by children who are underage in
Islamic law has been a difference of clerics' opinions, namely the Hanafi
considers that little children have not received a legal burden, whereas
the Syafi'i considers it illegitimate because underage children are
ineligible.

Keywords: Validity, Buying and Selling, Underage Children
2019-07-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/irtifaq/article/view/430 PANDANGAN ISLAM TERHADAP PERHITUNGAN WETON DALAM PERKAWINAN 2019-07-02T03:40:03+00:00 Ahmad Faruq ahmadfaruq@unhasy.ac.id
Marriage is the most important institution for the Islamic people
especially to form a family that is sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah. Some
Javanese people use days based on Wethon, good days, and so on. Since the
calendar period, which is a blend of native and Hindu Javanese with the year
name Saka (saka calendar) was used by the Javanese people until 1633 AD At the
time of Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma, he reigned. The famous king of Mataram
who obeyed Islam changed the calendar on Java in a revolutionary manner. At
that time the Saka calendar had been running until the end of 1554. The figure of
1554 was continued in the Sultan Agung calendar in 1955, even though the basis
of the calculations was completely different. Petungan Jawi has existed for a long
time and is a record of the ancestors based on good and bad experiences recorded
on primbon. The word primbon is derived from the word lush store or deposit, so
the primbon contains various calculations by a generation derived next generation.
Most Javanese have the confidence to use petungan to do things like marriage,
harvesting, building houses and others. In petungan there is a name called weton
in every weton which has its own value.
Keywords: Marriage, Petungan day, Islam
2019-07-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/irtifaq/article/view/431 KONSEP AKUNTANSI DALAM ISLAM 2019-07-02T03:47:29+00:00 Syai’in syaiinikaha@gmail.com Abdullah Afif ejournal@unhasy.ac.id
This article aims at discussing accounting concepts in Islam.
