Using the Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) and Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods, studio performance appraisal programs can be carried out optimally because this method is all the needs and needs of all stakeholders that will be needed to make a need to make the Main Performance Indicator (KPI). While AHP is used in making decisions from each KPI to be weighted and then assessed to determine the scores of the studio program. The results obtained from this study are in the results of the evaluation of informatics engineering courses obtained 9 general criteria and 28 sub-criteria or KPI. The average rating system from KPI is 81.53% giving information about the performance of the Unhasy Informatics Engineering Study Program as a whole its performance has been good. Before the trial thesis is carried out, there are several stages that are passed. The recap and data verification phase is done manually by the study program admin by looking at the complete requirements file. The process arises a problem that is unable to know the authenticity of the requirements documents, especially the guidance sheet file, the approval of the trial registration from the lecturer. So we need a system that can solves these problems. The system will be created using the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method because the verification process is not enough to do with a username and password. Using the 2FA method the verification system can ensure that the person who verifies is the authority. Inventory is also a major factor in the center of corporate activity, one of which is influenced by demand or sales. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is one of inventory control system that is very useful to improve company performance. This research uses Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and uses fuzzy time series (FTS) method to predict demand or sales and leverage vendor managed inventory (VMI) model or system in which to apply formula for safety stock control which then developed by modeling business and Implemented in the form of web-based information systems. By using the actual historical data of sales for 5 years which then predicted by fuzzy time series method, and from prediction result is calculated for safety stock. By using 60 sample data from histori penjulan obtained Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Square Percent Error (MAPE) are 50,690, 4,600,953,015 and 15%. From the prediction results used for the calculation of safety stock in December 2106 obtained value of 135,535.
