In order to overcome this problem, researcher applied<br>the Collaborative Problem Solving learning approach. Which method was expected to be able<br>to increase the learning interest of Class X Office Administration students, besides that the<br>purpose of this research to increase student activity, then this approach was expected to improve<br>teacher teaching skills through the Collaborative Problem Solving learning approach in class X<br>Office Administration. The type of this research was Classroom Action Research. This research<br>was focused on students of Class X Office Administration SMK Muhammadiyah 13 Sibolga<br>with the number of respondents 39 people. While the techniques and tools of data collection<br>were questionnaires and observations. The results of this study showed the learning interest of<br>students in the first cycle with an average value of 25.33 or a percentage of 50.67% in the<br>second cycle to 34.3 or the percentage of 68.7% with an increase of 18.03%. The level of<br>activity of students towards mathematics increased, this was obtained from the percentage of<br>60.1% in the first cycle, and 88.2% in the second cycle increased by 28.1%. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan<br>berdasarkan hasil tes penguasaan konsep yaitu pembelajaran IPA dengan Mastery Learning<br>lebih efektif daripada REACT. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan ANAVA<br>dan Uji lanjut yaitu Uji Scheffe. Berdasarkan hasil ANAVA diperoleh hasil Fhitung &gt; Ftabel yaitu<br>4,19 &gt; 4,04 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa<br>yang mengalami pembelajaran menggunakan Mastery Learning dengan mahasiswa yang<br>mengalami pembelajaran menggunakan REACT. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui lebih efektif<br>mana antara Mastery Learning dan REACT maka dilakukan uji lanjut yaitu uji Scheffe. Hasil uji<br>Scheffe untuk penguasaan konsep mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa t (2,047) &gt; t kritis (2,009),<br>maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pembelajaran sudah seharusnya diarahkan untuk<br>melatih peserta didik untuk dapat berpikir dengan kritis mengenai suatu masalah. Pembelajaran<br>yang mengajarkan untuk menghafal saja lebih baik mulai diganti dengan menganalisis dan<br>memberikan solusi yang logis. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti berusaha untuk mendapatkan data<br>yang berkaitan dengan hasil tes mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Psikolinguistik. Tes yang diujikan<br>sudah dipersiapkan sedemikian rupa dengan karakteristik yang beragam, mulai dari soal yang<br>berkategori C1, C2, C3, C4, C5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik<br>keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa masih kurang. Terbukti dari hasil penelitian didapatkan<br>bahwa soal HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) yang dikerjakan, sebanyak 57% masih salah,<br>sedangkan 43% sudah dijawab dengan benar. Metode penelitian<br>yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunkan rancangan penelitian tindakan,<br>yang disusun dalam satuan siklus dengan sistem berulang. Setiap siklus berisi aktivitas<br>pembelajaran pramenyusun, saat menyusun, dan pasca menyusun melalui perencanaan,<br>pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil refleksi digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan<br>pembelajaran pada siklus berikutnya. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan, catatan<br>lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan kreativitas<br>penyusunan RPP pada mahasiswa PGSD angkatan 2018. Peningkatan kreativitas penyusunan<br>pramenyusun RPP tercermin pada semakin tepat mengidentifikasi dan memahami struktur RPP.<br>Pada saat menyusun RPP kemampuan mahasiswa meningkat. This study was designed as a qualitative<br>descriptive study with a single embedded case study strategy. Data sources were obtained from<br>the research subjects as follows; 1) Informants / Resource Persons, namely students of the<br>Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program; 2) Student activities when discussing the<br>profession of an educator. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, direct<br>observation and document analysis. The data validity technique uses standards of credibility,<br>transferability and dependability and confirmation. Data analysis techniques use interactive<br>methods. Many factors are related to these problems, one of which is the use of appropriate learning<br>methods in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of mathematics<br>learning using the pairs checks method on mathematics learning achievement. The method used in<br>this study is a quantitative method with comparative studies, with a prerequisite test of the analysis<br>of the normality test and homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results<br>showed that the pairing type cooperative learning model was more effective than the direct<br>learning model of learning achievement, it can be seen from the average value of students who<br>were taught using the pair checks type cooperative learning model that is 73.50 while students<br>who were taught with direct learning models has the average value which is 54.18. Both of these understandings are closely related to one<br>another so that to teach them requires the right learning strategies. Guided inquiry learning<br>strategies and Problem Solving are thought to be able to improve the conceptual understanding<br>and algorithm understanding of students with Low Scientific Thinking Ability. This study aims<br>to determine differences in conceptual understanding with algorithm understanding of students<br>with KBIR that are taught with guided inquiry strategies and Problem Solving. This study uses<br>a quasi-experimental design with posttest only control group design. Data from the conceptual<br>understanding and algorithm test results obtained from the test using 20 multiple choice<br>questions with a reliability coefficient of 0.71 and content validity of 93.17%. Data analysis<br>using t test and Product Moment correlation at a significance level of 5%. At the beginning of the lesson, the<br>teacher has to model one of the characters that the students have to adopt then to make<br>the students think creatively, the teacher shows a picture and asks them to share their<br>ideas about it. After that, the teacher distributes a hortatory text that related to the<br>picture and consists of character education on it. The teacher guides the students to<br>comprehend the text and discuss what the text tells about. The teacher also introduces<br>some character education on his/her steps of teaching. The research was conducted in three stages following the draft Borg and Gall, that<br>is the preliminary studies aimed, the stage of product designing teaching materials students with<br>the module, and continued with the testing stage or stages of implementation in the classroom<br>design was one group pretest-posttest design. Data from the research results obtained as<br>follows: (1) the feasibility of module based cultural diversity batik jenogoroan worthy used<br>through 3 expert validation test, the feasibility of module seen from three components: content,<br>presentation, and language. The results of the validation of third validator namely: the average<br>score of the content component 3.53, 3.40 linguistic components, and presentation components<br>of 3.55. All three scores indicate good category/feasible, which means module based cultural<br>diversity-based batik jenogoroan can be used with minimal revision. (2) the effectiveness of<br>module toward cultural diversity batik jenogoroan can enhance students' critical thinking can be<br>seen from the test results between the pre-test and post-test, the results showed that the average<br>score pre test 72.13%, while the average score of post test 80.35%. The results of the pre-test to<br>post-tets increased 8.22. Because the main aspect is the teacher, the service and professional activities must be<br>directed towards efforts to improve the ability of teachers to manage teaching and learning<br>activities. Supervision is the effort of school stakeholders to lead teachers and other education<br>personnel, to improve teaching including stimulating, selecting growth and development of<br>teacher positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials, and teaching<br>methods and teaching evaluation. Supervision in schools is carried out by the principal who acts<br>as a supervisor, so he must be able to carry out various supervision and controls to improve<br>teacher performance. In supervising, a supervisor should pay attention to important things,<br>namely: (1) The process of supervision/supervision covers two things, namely setting standards<br>for the implementation of work and measuring the results/implementation of work, (2)<br>information and supervision, including: ( a) supervision as an information system, (b) types of<br>monitoring information, (c) system approach in supervision.
