KAJIAN TENTANG KINERJA KERJASAMA KEPALA SEKOLAH DENGAN KOMITE SEKOLAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS MASYARAKAT
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja kerjasama antara kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah dalam mewujudkan pelaksanaan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat. Penelitian ini disebut penelitian survei dengan instrumen kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Sampel diambil secara random sampling dari beberapa kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah di Kalimantan Selatan. Analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja kerjasama antara komite sekolah dan kepala sekolah tidak sesuai dengan semangat Kepmendiknas Nomor 44 tahun 2002 dimana regulasi ini mendorong kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah seharusnya membangun kerjasama dalam merancang pendidikan di sekolah yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga tahap refleksi. Hal ini dipengaruhi lemahnya pemahaman tentang peraturan pemerintah tentang kerjasama secara mutual. Kata Kunci: Kerjasama, komite, dan masyarakat
This study aims to find out the cooperation performance between school principals and the school committees in realizing the implementation of community-based education. This research is called survey research with questionnaire as the instrument of data collection. The samples were taken by random sampling from some school principals and school committees in South Kalimantan. The data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the cooperation performance between the school committees and the school principals is inconsistent with spirit Kepmendiknas Number 44 of 2002 in which it drives school committees and school principals cooperate in designing the education in school starting from the planning, implimenting, evaluating, and reflecting. This is influenced by the weak understanding of government regulations on mutual cooperation. Key Words: Cooperation, comittee, and society.
