People are still paying less<br>attention to the existence of SD Inclusion as one entrusted primary school children with<br>special needs, particularly in the districts of Jombang.It underlies researchers design learning<br>model PAI Realistic ICT-based learning (PPR). The specific objective of this study was to<br>produce a prototype design of PPR, and see the effectiveness of their application in teaching<br>in elementary PAI Inclusion Jombang. While the long-term goal of this research is the result<br>of the design of PPR model design can be used as an enrichment of teaching materials and<br>can be used as a foundation for enhancing the quality of learning PAI SD Inclusion. The<br>method used is Design Research which each cycle consisting of the stages of preparation for<br>the experiment (preparatory studies), design experiment (the implementation of the design of<br>experiments) and retrospective analysis (analysis of data obtained from the previous stage).<br>The study was conducted in three elementary Inclusion Jombang. Steps taken at the stage of<br>preparation for the experiment (preparatory studies) is the study of literature, discussions with<br>teachers, designing learning model Realistic SD PAI Inclusion ICT and initial design study.<br>While at the design stage of the experiment (the implementation of the experimental design)<br>data collection and testing in 3 SD Inclusion Jombang. The results of this study indicate that<br>the model PPR can stimulate and improve students' understanding of concepts as well as to foster a love of students towards subjects PAI. Seorang muslim akan tetap memerlukan pemahaman dan<br>pendalaman dalam hal ini.Didasarkan padahal tersebut penelitian ini dalam jangka<br>panjang bertujuan memiliki hasil kajian keilmuan yang bisa dijadikan pijakan bagi<br>seorang muslim dalam menjalankan dunia Kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship .<br>Kemandirian hidup dan kesuksesan yang dihasilkan oleh kegia<br>tan Kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship , yang juga mengandung arti meningkanya<br>kesejahteraan ,menjadi kurang berarti dan bermakna kalau tidak disertai dengan<br>meningkatnya keimanan dan ketaqwaan .Tanpan iman dan taqwa kendirian dan<br>keberhasilan dalam usaha bahkan bisa menjauhkan seseorang dari Tuhannya .Di sini<br>letak pentingnya pemahaman Kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship yang dijiwai dengan<br>nilai-nilai islam , pemahaman tersebut harus dicapai dengan merujuk kembali kepada<br>ayat-ayat al-qur’an dan hadits . Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa mendiskripsikan penggalian<br>pemahaman dari para sahabat , tabi’an dan ulama salaf terhadap ayat-ayat al-qur’an dan<br>hadits Kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship tersebut untuk diitrepretasikan dengan kondisi<br>kekinian . Sedang tarjet khusus dari penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki hasil yang<br>memberi kemudahan bagi anak didik dan para pendidik dalam mempelajari nilai-nilai<br>islam yang terkandung di dalam ayat-ayat dan hadits Kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship ,<br>baik itu sebagai pengayaan atau bahan ajar .<br>Kemudian metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian<br>kepustakaan ( Library Research ) atau kajian literer yaitu sebuah kajian yang<br>dilaksanakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang bertumpu pada penelaahan secara<br>kritis dan mendalam terhadap bahan pustaka yang relevan sesuai dengan fokus dari<br>penelitian.Sedang fokus penelitiannya adalah : Pengertian kewirausahaan/<br>Entrepreneurship, kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship dalam persepektif umum,dan<br>Kewirausahaan / Entrepreneurship dalam persepektif qur’an dan hadits.<br>Ayat-ayat al-qur’an tentang Jiwa kewirausahaan/ Entrepreneurship di antaranya<br>tertuang dalam Q.S.Al-jum’ah: 9-11 : tentang perintah bertebaran di muka bumi mencari<br>rizki atau karunia Allah, Q.S.Al-qashash:77 : tentang usaha meningkatkan kualitas sarana<br>dalam mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akherat secara seimbang, dan Q.S.Albaqarah:</p> <p>153-157: tentang sabar dalam menghadapi rintangan dan tantangan dalam<br>melakukan usaha selama hidup ini . Sedang hadits tentang Jiwa kewirausahaan/<br>Entrepreneurship di antaranya tertuang dalam hadits tentang : anjuran semangat bekerja,<br>besarnya pahala bekerja atau mencari nafkah, keahlian dan ketrampilan dalam bekerja ,<br>serta kemandirian di dalam hidup. Principals have responsibility<br>for improving the quality of teachers in achieving its objectives in addition to the<br>government's obligations. Implementation of management education personnel<br>(teachers and staff) in Indonesia according Mulyasa, at least include; workforce <br>planning, procurement personnel, dismissal of personnel, coaching and development, <br>promotion and assessment. Activities meant to show that the provision of teachers as<br>educators very great concern in efforts to achieve the quality of the success of learners.<br>Quality Management aims to develop human resources empowerment of teachers who<br>are expected to engage actively pushing to improve the quality of schools/madrasah.<br>This devotion performed on MI Urwatul Wusqo PP. Relative activity of<br>teacher empowerment through developing quality human resources management<br>model in order to improve the quality of madrasah in Sub district Diwek Jombang, can<br>be summarized as follows: 1. In the beginning, the madrasah four management models<br>are clerical, after empowering the community service program, the fourth madrasah<br>management models to increase to managerial model. 2. Subject devotion capable of<br>implementing the quality management model of human resources fitted to the<br>characteristics of each institution. 3. The quality of human resources management<br>model developed by Principals effective enough to increase the empowerment of<br>teachers in the fourth MI. 4. The research subjects were able to understand the quality<br>of human resources management capabilities and strength of institutions in improving<br>teacher quality through the transformation of the quality management of human<br>resources. 5. This study aims to<br>determine the learning process, barriers to learning, student achievement during the learning and<br>teaching model of cooperative-type linkage with increased ability of students in the analysis of<br>the clause.One of the problems that arise in the course of learning the syntax is generally done<br>with college pulpit so that the learning is centered on the lecturer. This causes saturation for<br>students and not the appearance of the activity within the student.
