GAMBARAN ADAPTABILITAS KARIR SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN
Abstract
The aim of this study is to describe career adaptability on vocational high
school. Using quantitative descriptive, this study involve 149 twelfthgrade students studying at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan “X†Malang.
Those participants are selected using simple random sampling. This study
uses adapted Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) Internasional version
2.0. Result show that in general career adaptability of student is in the high
category (mean = 87,04). Both concern and control have high score CAAS
but curiosity and confidence have medium. Conclusion drawn from this
study is that students has concern and control but not fully has curiosity
and confidence.
