Abstract

Abstract:
This Research purpose to finding and an analysis in accordance with empirical role intelegent
emotional and achievement motivation about teacher performance case study vocational school
teacher in Jagakarsa sub district, south Jakarta. Population reach to this research is teacher in school
that adding N = 520, subject adding that big enough take average 10% - 15% and choice random
sample as many as n=52 Teacher. Research Method that used is survey with correlation analysis and
regretion. Result of data from spread out of kuesioner about respondent is emotional intelegent,
achievement motivation and teacher performance. Research output show found a effect of emotional
intelegent and achievement motivation accordance simultan to teacher performance. In case able to
be prove with value F hitung = 11,240 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. then have an effect of emotional intelegent
(X1) with teacher performance (Y) and significant. It can be prove with t hitung = 2.745 and sig. =
0.008 < 0.05. furthermore have an effect significant achievement motivation (X2) with teacher
performance (Y). it can be prove t hitung = 2.529 and sig. = 0.015 < 0.05. This research suggestion
about in emotional intelegent and achievement motivation in rise of teacher performance
