https://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/TJISS/article/view/4028

The purpose of this study is to explain how psychology may be used to the study of Islam. Documentary studies found in scholarly journals and books form the basis of our qualitative research methodology. The findings of this research 1) The psychological symptoms associated with religion, such as piety, good deeds, and honesty, as described by religious teachings, such as the nature of faith and devotion to Allah. As a tool for spiritual development according to one's age, this psychology might reveal how deeply one has internalized and acted upon one's religious beliefs. Knowing the impact of prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj, and other acts of worship on a Muslim's life is an important part of studying Islam, and the psychological approach in Islamic Studies is helpful for this purpose.
Azmi Al-Latif M. https://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/TJISS/article/view/5059

This article explores two narratives of hijra celebrities regarding whether they completely abandon playing music or continue to play it under certain conditions after experiencing a spiritual transformation (hijra). The data of this article was collected through online sources such as news articles, social media posts, and videos that were relevant to the research question. The two celebrities, Mohammad Kautsar Hikmat (UKI) and Derry Sulaiman, were both previously involved in the Indonesian music industry and have now adopted differing attitudes towards music after their spiritual transformation. Uki chose to leave the music industry as he interpreted his spiritual transformation, or hijrah, as requiring him to withdraw from elements that he believed could hinder his spiritual growth such as music. He interacted with the Salafi community who promote a literal interpretation of Islam and believe music is a hindrance to spiritual growth. Derry, on the other hand, chose to continue his involvement in the music industry as he believed that music could be a tool for spreading positive messages and preaching the word of Islam without interfering with his religious duties. He interacted with a more diverse Muslim community inlcuding Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah that demonstrated how Islam can be practiced in various ways and adapt to cultural contexts. The article uses Bernard Weiner's interpersonal and intrapersonal theory to explain how the two celebrities interpreted the role of music in their religious lives. The findings show the importance of understanding both interpersonal and intrapersonal factors when exploring how celebrities interpret and apply religious principles to their lives. This article provides important insights into the complexities of the relationship between music and Islam, and how spiritual transformation can affect an individual’s view on music.
Muhammad As'adIhyaul LazibIryan Ramdhani

The subject raised in this thesis is the existence of a secret marriage but filing for divorce in the Religious Court. The judge uses Article 7 paragraph (3) letter a of the Islamic Law Compilation as a consideration to prove the marriage. This research analyzes the case number 7073/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Mlg regarding the consolidation of proving marriage and divorce according to positive law in Indonesia. The research method used is empirical research method through interviews and observations at the District Court of Malang with descriptive, evaluative, and prescriptive data analysis. The researcher analyzes the verdict number 7073/Pdt.Kab.G/2021/PA.Mlg using the Legal Ethical Theory, which indicates that the use of Article 7 (3) letter (a) of the Islamic Law Compilation is questionable in terms of legal interpretation when compared to applicable laws and regulations. However, despite this, the case remains valid, but legal certainty in case administration cannot be achieved.

Nur wahyu illahi

https://ejournal.unhasy.ac.id/index.php/TJISS/article/view/3904

This article critically examines how al-Ghazali carries out the process of seeking truth and its contextualization in contemporary Indonesian Islam. al-Ghazali entered a deep crisis because of his doubts about the senses and reason and described this state as "psychological instability". This state is considered to be the culmination of a process of doubt (i.e. existential doubt), which is compared to a disease that has a profound effect on one's being. The article argues that al-Ghazali's quest for truth began with doubt and skepticism of questions he could not answer. Moreover, al-Ghazali's doubt is an intellectual method and approach of critical thinking that aims at purifying knowledge from faults and impurities and at revealing the truth of things. I believe that doubt as Al-GhazÄlÄ« sees it is a reviewing of the sources of knowledge and criticizing them again. It is also a critical rethinking of data that are considered implicitly correct in the social and epistemological consciousness, or taken for granted. The views expressed in this article are meant to reflect the religious beliefs of the author. Rather, this article is intended to illustrate the life lessons that can be learned from al-Ghazali's life through the lens of the Hero's Journey in seeking truth.
Senata Adi Prasetia

The traditional marriage of the Samin tribe in Kudus Regency shows that there are marriages that cannot be registered with the Population Administration. The researcher found that the Samin tribe in Kudus Regency could not register their marriage, thus preventing them from obtaining civil rights. The main reason is that the religious identity on the KTP is written in Islam even though basically they are not Muslims.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the reluctance of the Samin people to register marriages and the village government's efforts to legalize Samin people's customary marriages in the form of registering marriages without involving state officials.

This research is a qualitative field research and the data were obtained systematically directly from the field. This research descriptively examines observation data, interview results, and documents.

After a thorough examination, it can be concluded that the Samin tribal marriage custom is not considered legally binding in Indonesia because it does not involve a marriage registrar. However, the decision of the Constitutional Court which is identified with Number 97/PUU-XIV/2016 has provided a glimmer of hope for the Indonesian nation by allowing the inclusion of "Belief in the One and Only God" in the KTP religion column. This decision has allowed the Samin tribe to legally register their marriages with the registry, according to their customs.

Imamul Mujahidin Mujahidin
