The Human resources management is one of the important factors for the sustainability of a company. It is started from recruitment process, selection, working achievement, training and development, and compensation. The aims of research are to understand the implementation of sharia economic values in human resource management at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang, to understand the contributing factors and inhibiting factors of the implementation of sharia economic values in human resource management at PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang.
